About ZH Gallery

Sedona red rock formations framed by natural sandstone cave

"Every frame is a conversation between patience and the wild — a single moment that asks you to look closer."

ZH Gallery is the shared vision of Morgan Hoffmann and Joe Zarrella — two artists drawn together by a reverence for the natural world. Through fine art wildlife and landscape photography, we capture the fleeting, untouched moments that most people never witness: the first light on a volcanic ridge, the quiet patience of a capuchin foraging in the canopy, a leopard's gaze at dawn.

Our work spans the coastlines and jungles of Costa Rica, the savannas of Africa, the deserts and mountains of the American West, the Galapagos Islands, and the wild corners of the world where nature remains unedited. Each print is produced at gallery-grade quality, meant to bring the depth and presence of the wilderness into any space.

Morgan Hoffmann & Joe Zarrella

Morgan Hoffmann — landscape photography of Nosara coastline

Morgan Hoffmann

Co-Founder & Photographer

A former PGA Tour professional, Morgan Hoffmann traded the fairways for the wild landscapes of Costa Rica, where he now lives on his organic farm, Nekawa, in Zaragoza. His transition from professional golf to photography was a natural evolution — both disciplines demand patience, precision, and an intimate awareness of your surroundings. Morgan's lens is drawn to the raw power of Central American landscapes: volcanic ridgelines at dawn, the rhythmic crash of the Pacific coast, and the quiet drama of the cloud forest. His work reflects a deep commitment to conservation and the belief that nature, when witnessed clearly, becomes impossible to ignore. As co-founder of Greyson Clothiers, Morgan brings the same eye for refined aesthetics to his photographic compositions — every frame is intentional, every detail considered.

Joe Zarrella — underwater photography of a manatee

Joe Zarrella, D.M.D.

Co-Founder & Photographer

By day, Dr. Joe Zarrella practices dentistry at South County Smiles in Wakefield, Rhode Island — but his true artistic expression lives behind the camera. Born and raised in Johnston, Rhode Island, Joe earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed advanced residency training at Idaho State University. His parallel life as a photographer has earned him Editor's Choice recognition in National Geographic competitions. A sculptor, woodworker, and avid scuba diver, Joe brings an artist's eye and a scientist's precision to his wildlife and underwater photography. From the volcanic beaches of Costa Rica to the deserts of the American West, his images reveal the intimate, often unseen moments of the natural world — a baby turtle's first journey across moonlit shells, a manatee gliding through crystalline water. Joe's humanitarian work in the Dominican Republic reflects the same spirit that drives his photography: a desire to connect, to serve, and to show beauty where others might not think to look.
